If enacted, Webster could grant Pine View Liquors one additional license to sell alcohol for drinking elsewhere. Officials would have three years to issue it.

Webster's licensing authority could grant one additional license to sell all types of alcohol for drinking elsewhere. The license would go to G.T. Legacy Group, doing business as Pine View Liquors, at Pine View Plaza, 164 Gore Road in Webster. Other state alcohol licensing rules would apply, except section 17 of chapter 138. The act would take effect upon passage. The initial license would have to be issued within three years of that effective date.
Webster could not approve moving the license to another address. It could grant it to a replacement applicant at the same address. Replacement applicants could use the license only at Pine View Plaza, 164 Gore Road in Webster. A replacement applicant would need letters from the Department of Revenue and Department of Unemployment Assistance confirming good standing and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and contributions. The license would have to be returned if the holder ends it, fails to renew it, or stops using it, or if it is cancelled or revoked. Webster could reissue a returned license within three years of its return under the same conditions. Later replacement grants would be allowed if the original license was issued within three years of the act's effective date.
