KentuckyAN ACT relating to contracts for the improvement of real estate.
What it does
Amend KRS 371.160 to increase the threshold for the creation of escrow accounts for real estate improvement contracts from $500,000 to $2,000,000; amend KRS 371.405 to prohibit the waiver by contract of any provision of KRS 371.160.
