KentuckyAN ACT relating to the application of Subtitle 17A of KRS Chapter 304.
What it does
Create a new section of Subtitle 17A of KRS Chapter 304 to establish application of the subtitle to types of insurance, coverages, and benefits; authorize the insurance commissioner to exempt other types of similar or limited insurance, coverage, or benefits from the subtitle.
