The state Department of Education would prepare and publish a Kansas building report card for each district virtual school. This would cover each virtual school offered by a school district. “Virtual school” has the meaning given in K.S.A. 72-3713. The proposal says it would take effect after publication in the statute book. The measure died in committee, so this provision did not take effect.
