These filing rules cover candidate and noncandidate committees, people in charge of fundraisers, and candidates applying for public funds. A committee ending its registration must also file a termination request, have no surplus or deficit, and get commission approval; it must mail or deliver its closing bank statement. Candidates seeking public funds must meet the listed requirements, including qualifying for the ballot and receiving the required qualifying contributions. The law takes effect on November 4, 2026. Fundraiser notices must be filed before the fundraiser.
No hearings or votes scheduled.
