What it does
Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Trust Funds; Removes provision specifying type of agreement activities for which moneys from Grants & Donations Trust Fund may be used; removes requirement for administration of Nongame Wildlife Trust Fund; authorizes use of trust fund proceeds for law enforcement purposes; authorizes FWCC to enter into certain agreements with private landowners.
