The D.C. Council approved three updates to Contract No. CW103730 with Bound Tree Medical, LLC, and authorized payments under it. The payment approval covers goods and services already received or still to be received under the contract. Payments under this act's authority cannot exceed $1.6 million. The Council approved the updates despite a requirement in D.C.'s purchasing law. The act took effect following the Mayor's approval on July 11, 2025, and could remain in effect for no longer than 90 days.
