The Auditor of State provides the money for the county clerks' and circuit clerks' boards to run their programs. The money is payable from the County and Circuit Clerks Continuing Education Fund and may be disbursed only as allowed by state fiscal laws and available funds. These appropriations cover the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, and the act takes effect July 1, 2026.
