The law appropriates remaining balances for listed university projects. The listed projects cover Arkansas public universities and their systems, including campus construction, repairs, equipment, and cultural and historical work. Each listed amount is a maximum. Universities may supplement state funds with grants, donations, or available funds of their own. They may not take on costs beyond funds actually available and must follow state purchasing and budget rules. The listed appropriations take effect July 1, 2026.
