The Jemison City Council may authorize retail licensees to sell or distribute draft beer. The rule covers retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in the City of Jemison. The council must authorize the sales by resolution. For sales in take-away containers, the seller must be licensed for off-premises retail sales. The law took effect immediately.
