Small businesses would get online help moving manufacturing to America

The Small Business Administration would maintain a webpage with contacts, a free tool for finding organizations that could help, and other relevant information. The resources would serve small businesses moving some or all of their manufacturing to the United States. The agency would seek advice on improvements annually. It would study the webpage’s effectiveness and report to Congress within two years of launch, then report annually until the requirements end. The webpage must launch within 60 days after enactment. All requirements would end four years after enactment.
