The Council closes the mapped section of public alley. This covers only the part of the public alley in Square 2319 shown on Surveyor's plat S.O. 22-02364. The land passes to the recipient shown on the map for a $2,000 payment to the District. The closure took effect with the act after mayoral approval and a 30-day congressional review.
Lot 77's existing line limiting where buildings may go also covers the closed alley land. This applies to Lot 77 in Square 2319 and the alley land closed by the act.
