The life science hub board includes the I-195 district commission chair, and the commission includes the hub chair. These provisions concern the Rhode Island life science hub board and the I-195 redevelopment district commission. The hub board text also says the I-195 commission chair is a non-voting member, but a separate voting rule creates uncertainty about that chair’s voting status. The hub chair is listed as an ex officio, non-voting member of the I-195 commission. The act took effect upon passage.
