Licensed fire companies could hold online raffles. This applies to fire companies holding raffles over the Internet. A company must have a valid small-games-of-chance license. Buyers may pay for tickets only by debit or credit card. The proposed act would take effect immediately, and this section would expire on December 31, 2026.
