Agents would send sales payments to the state by each month's last business day. This covers agents who sell licenses or register off-road vehicles and snowmobiles. Payments would cover sales made up to the first of that month. Mailed payments and reports would count as on time if properly addressed and postmarked by the deadline. The proposed start date was July 1, 2026.
