Modifies the definition of "firefighter" under the Public Safety Recruitment and Retention Act

This act modifies the definition of "firefighter" under the Public Safety Recruitment and Retention Act by adding members of fire departments, fire protection districts, or other fire-fighting organizations, as well as anyone employed by such entities in a clerical or other capacity. Such definition is further modified by repealing language that specifically excludes volunteer firefighters.
