The text directs four cents per taxable ton from Mesabi Metallics, or its successor, to the named districts for building maintenance and repairs. The districts are Independent School Districts No. 316, Greenway, and No. 319, Nashwauk-Keewatin, or their successor districts. If the money is divided between the districts, each share is based on pupil units enrolled in the second previous year. The section would take effect the day after final enactment.
