Restaurants with licenses covered by this law may have any number of seats that other laws permit. This applies to restaurants licensed under the listed Belmont laws or authorized by a ballot question connected to those laws. The restaurant must hold a license under a listed law or have authority under a ballot question connected to that law. Other laws still govern how many seats the restaurant may have. The law took effect upon passage.
