Marion’s licensing authority may let J. Sull Wine sell all types of alcoholic drinks to take home, with the store returning its wine-and-malt license when the new license is issued.
Marion’s licensing authority may give J. Sull Wine a license to sell all types of alcoholic drinks for customers to take away. When that license is issued, the store must return its wine-and-malt license.
Marion’s licensing authority may grant an additional license for take-home sales of all alcoholic drinks. The license may go to C & J Sull LLC, doing business as J. Sull Wine, at 119 Wareham Road, Unit 105, in Marion. It cannot be moved to another location. The license is subject to the state’s other liquor laws, except the rule that limits the number of licenses. When the new license is issued, the licensee must return its wine-and-malt license to the town. A new applicant may receive the license at the same location only after providing state letters confirming good standing and payment of applicable taxes, fees, and contributions. The license must be issued within one year after the law took effect. If returned, it may go to another applicant at the same location within three years; otherwise, it ends.
