MarylandAnne Arundel County charges large events by serving location
Starting July 1, 2026, Anne Arundel County event licenses for serving alcohol will use daily fees based on estimated attendance and serving locations.
What it does
For events expected to draw fewer than 500 people, beer and beer-and-wine licenses cost $25 a day, and beer, wine, and liquor licenses cost $50. At 500 or more, each place serving alcohol pays that daily fee.

Class C per-day license fees depend on an event’s estimated attendance. These fees apply to Class C per-day beer, beer-and-wine, and beer, wine, and liquor licenses for events in Anne Arundel County. The fee rules take effect July 1, 2026.
