Louisiana's law bars covered alcohol-sale permits in House District 3, with an exception for restaurant and store chains operating in at least 10 states.
Alcohol-sale permits in Louisiana House District 3 are barred through December 31, 2027 under one rule and December 31, 2032 under another. Restaurant and store chains operating in at least 10 states are exempt.
