The resolution authorizes the Office of State Budget Director to release $52,502,260 in General Fund money to the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority for the listed projects. The funding is assigned to 17 named water and wastewater projects for cities, water districts, and sewer districts. The money was appropriated for the Kentucky WWATERS Program in a 2024 act. The resolution takes effect upon passage and the Governor's approval, or when it otherwise becomes law.
