The law allows the Village of Hoffman Estates to use quick-take proceedings to acquire the listed property rights. The listed property rights are held by Beverly/Beacon, LLC, in Cook County, and cover improvements on Shoe Factory Road from Essex Drive to Beverly Road and connecting portions of Beverly Road and Rohrssen Road. The property rights may be acquired for road improvements on the named road segments. The listed permanent easement is for grading, drainage, and public utilities; the listed temporary easements are for grading. The village may use this process for one year after the law's effective date. The section is repealed two years after that date.
