The law removes the listed parcels from Cheswold and places them under the rules for unincorporated areas of Kent County. This applies to the parcels listed in Section 1, which Cheswold annexed on November 2, 2015. The law took effect July 1, 2026. From that date, Kent County’s laws for unincorporated areas apply to the listed parcels.
The listed parcels are zoned Agricultural Residential under Kent County ordinances. This applies to the parcels listed in Section 1. The zoning applies from July 1, 2026, when the law took effect.
