School pay schedule would give certified occupational therapy assistants 6% extra for specified advanced certification

Certified occupational therapy assistants would receive a supplement equal to 6% of their base pay. This applies to certified occupational therapy assistants covered by Delaware’s school employee pay schedule. They must hold advanced certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association or the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
