The figures cover students who identify as American Indian or Alaska Native, alone or with another race or ethnicity. The figures must cover student counts, academic results from data already collected, suspension and expulsion rates, chronic absence rates, and four- and five-year graduation rates. When appropriate, the department must use data already reported under existing law. The first posting is due on or before July 1, 2028. Every July 1 after that, the department must post figures for the prior school year.
