Arizona condominium owners and planned community members may display outdoors a flag from a nation that meets the stated alliance and founding date rules.
Condominium and planned community associations must allow owners to display outdoors a flag from a nation that meets the stated alliance and founding date rules.
Associations must allow outdoor display of the specified nation's flag. This applies to condominium unit owners and planned community members displaying a flag outdoors on their property. The flag must be from a nation that is allied with the United States as a major non-NATO ally and was established on May 14, 1948. Condominium associations must adopt reasonable rules for flag placement and display. Planned community associations may limit members to two wall-mounted flag holders and two flags displayed at once, and may limit flagpole height to the home's rooftop.
