The state department must post an easy-to-find list of secure transportation providers. The list covers providers that contract with managed care entities. The act takes effect August 12, 2026, if the General Assembly adjourns on May 13, 2026. If a referendum petition is filed within the stated period, it takes effect only after voters approve it and the governor officially declares the vote.
